In the past, we allowed people to purchase alcoholic beverages in the retail shop for on-site consumption. We have changed this policy to better manage on-site consumption and to expand on the beverages we are able to offer. With our new modified table service, we now offer wine by the glass and flights of wine in addition to wine by the bottle. Beers are always available for onsite consumption. Additionally, we will soon be offering our new line of seltzers and mixed cocktails as well as wine slushies and various sangrias.
The prices for wine or beer delivered to your table are exactly the same price of wine sold at retail so the only real change is that we bring the bottle to your table rather than having customers purchase wine in our wine shop. We believe this is a much more responsible approach to on-site consumption, has reduced register lines in our retail shop, and has expanded our offerings to include wine by the glass or flights.
A “flight” of wines offers 5 different wines (5/8 of an ounce each) that are served to you so that you can taste and enjoy a wide variety of wines produced at Nashoba Valley.
